Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mystudionet Productions, a brand of Blipmedia Inc. ("Mystudionet", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information when businesses use our social media management service (the "Service"), including our app that connects to Instagram through Meta's Instagram API.

Who this policy applies to

The Service is offered to business clients. A client connects their own Instagram professional account so that we can publish content the client has approved. This policy covers the information we receive through that connection and the information clients give us directly.

Information we collect

• Account information from Instagram: the Instagram account ID, username, account type and profile picture, received when the account owner authorizes our app.
• Access token: a token issued by Meta that lets the Service publish on the connected account. We never receive or store the account password.
• Content we publish: the photos, videos and captions prepared for the client, and the IDs Instagram returns for published posts.
• Client contact details: the business name, contact name, email address and phone number the client gives us.

We do not collect information about the followers of a connected account, and we do not read private messages.

How we use information

• To publish content the client has approved, at the time the client has chosen.
• To confirm that a post was published and to report the result to the client.
• To contact the client about their account and the Service.

We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with data brokers.

How we store and protect information

Access tokens are kept in encrypted storage on our secure servers and are used only to publish posts for the client. Media files are hosted on Cloudflare so that Instagram can fetch them for publishing. Access to these systems is limited to the Mystudionet team members who manage the client's account.

Sharing

We share information only with the providers needed to run the Service: Meta (to publish on Instagram), Cloudflare (media hosting) and our server host. Each of them processes the information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep account information and access tokens while the client uses the Service. When the client disconnects the account or ends the Service, we delete the access token and account information within 30 days. Records of published posts that are needed for billing or legal reasons are kept for up to 12 months.

Your choices and rights

• You can remove our app at any time in Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites. The access token stops working immediately.
• You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about your account, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• To delete your data, follow the steps on our Data Deletion Instructions page.

Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be sent to clients by email.
