Data Deletion Instructions

Mystudionet Productions, a brand of Blipmedia Inc., runs a social media management service that publishes approved content on Instagram for business clients. You can ask us to delete all data we hold about your connected account at any time. This page explains how.

Step 1: Remove our app from Instagram

1. Open Instagram and go to your profile.
2. Tap the menu, then Settings and activity.
3. Open Apps and websites (under "Website permissions").
4. Find our app under Active and tap Remove.

Our access to your account stops immediately. We can no longer publish on the account or read any information from it.

Step 2: Ask us to delete your data

Send an email to hello@mystudionet.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your Instagram username. You can also call us at (631) 355-5588.

What we delete

• The Instagram access token for your account.
• Your Instagram account ID, username and profile picture.
• Media files and captions we stored for your scheduled posts.
• Your contact details, unless you are still an active client.

When it happens

We delete the data within 30 days of your request and send you a confirmation email with a reference number. Posts that are already published on Instagram stay on your account. You can delete them yourself in Instagram.
